“Diversion…?”
I know this is not something that a lot of people know about, this is exactly the reason why I am providing this valuable information to you to enable you to make informed, educated decisions about the products, tool and hair that you purchase.
As you very well know, there are thousands of people and huge companies who make a living of producing “knock-offs.” They have exact copies of just about any and everything you can possibly think of: purses, shoes, perfume, electronics, and jewelry! So, I guess it was inevitable that weaving hair, styling tools and hair care products would be next on the list of “things to knock-off.” And it’s quite a list too… Remy Indian Hair, Fusion & Cuticle Aligned Hair, CHI & FHI Flat Irons, Frederic Fekkai & Paul Mitchell styling products and on – and on – and on – and on the list goes…
The “Diversion” weaving hair, styling tools and products look and smell just like the real McCoy. Yes, they appear to be ORIGINAL, but don’t be fooled, or should I say don’t be a fool. If you did not make your purchase from a REPUTABLE, PROFESSIONAL salon, stylist or company then you really have NO IDEA what’s in that bottle of conditioner… These styling products have NO REAL BENEFIT for the health of your hair! Many of them may actually contain harmful chemical substitutes because they’re cheaper and easier to manufacture. The styling tools look the same, but their performance is less than sub-par at best and they tend to burn out faster because the inner mechanics are cheap and low grade. The weaving hair has all of the proper wording to entice you to make that purchase, they use wording like – “silky, tangle-free, guaranteed” etc., then as soon as you shampoo it, it tangles, mattes and behaves like it’s angry! YES, YOU HAVE JUST WASTED YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
Please be aware, question everything and everyone – Especially you local Beauty Supply Stores!!! Many of them are notorious for “miraculously” getting their hands on professional grade products – Or, so YOU THINK…Just because something seems like a great bargain doesn’t equate a benefit! Remember, if something seems to good to be true, that’s because it more than likely is!!!! Ebay, Craigs List and a host of other sites are breeding grounds for this type of Diversion – Consider this a warning, please beware.
