• A 50/50 mix has 4 bundles of each texture/length. Example: 14" will have 4 straight bundles and 4 wavy bundles etc.
• Please specify whether you want ALL STRAIGHT HAIR, ALL WAVY HAIR or a 50/50 mix. If you do not specify, we will automatically default your order to the 50/50 mix as it is our most popular.

• Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No Exceptions.
• Orders can not be changed once the order has been placed and payment has been authorized. No exceptions.
• Your shipping address and credit card address MUST MATCH. We ONLY ship to the address that matches the credit card you used to pay for the order.
• All orders must be signed for. NO exceptions. Please make sure you will be available to sign for your shipment.
• Orders processed using SEZZLE will not be shipped out until SEZZLE sends us the approval authorization. Please allow 3-5 days for their payment processing to be complete. We will notify you immediately upon authorization and shipment.
• Orders are processed in the order which they are received. Orders are shipped via USPS and tracking is provided with each order. Please allow 8-12 business days to receive your order. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time frames.
• Orders are shipped discreet and ready for your branding customization. There are no labels or descriptive tags referencing the origin.
